Be Respectful: We treat everyone with respect, fairness, and dignity. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior in any form. This includes, but is not limited to, conduct related to race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, nationality, or disability.
Act Professionally: We communicate professionally and constructively. We value different perspectives, even when we disagree.
Uphold the Law: We comply with all applicable laws and regulations in all our business dealings.
Engaging in the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of services or partnership:
Harassment & Discrimination: Any form of bullying, intimidation, or hateful conduct.
Illegal Activities: Using our services to promote or engage in any illegal act.
Intellectual Property Infringement: Violating copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights of Momentum Works AI or any third party.
Harmful Technical Actions: Knowingly distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or engaging in scraping, data mining, or denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.
Fraud & Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or organization in a way that is intended to mislead, defraud, or harm others.
Spam & Unsolicited Communication: Sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam) using our platforms or to our users.
Momentum Works AI reserves the right to investigate any reported violation of this Code of Conduct. We may, in our sole discretion, take action including issuing warnings, suspending access, or terminating contracts and services.
